Growing the Plants
Pre-started plants which you buy from greenhouses such as ourselves in the Spring, require much less work. When transplanting into your garden or planter, use Root Booster to encourage new root growth and help prevent transplant shock. Also, make sure the soil you're planting into is good quality, as clay soil or cheap potting mix can cause drainage problems.
After a couple of weeks (and regular watering, when needed) you can start using 20-20-20 All-Purpose Plant Food as your regular fertiliser. Some people prefer 15-30-15 fertilisers because of the emphasis on the plant's bloom, which is fine, although as growers we much prefer 20-20-20 which provides excellent all-round plant growth.
