One-Year Warranty

• Buy a tree or shrub that is zoned for your garden. That means it is supposed to cope with the weather where it is going to be planted. This information is on most of the tree tags, or a member of staff can help you.
• Keep your receipt. This is your proof of purchase. This is how we know when the tree was bought, and how much you paid for it.
• Plant the tree according to our instructions.
• If you think your tree has died, phone us first. Some trees don't show signs of life until later in the spring!
• If your tree didn't make it, bring it back with your receipt. We'll give you a replacement tree to the value you paid, or credit so you can buy something else you like.

Five-Year Warranty

All you need to do to extend your warranty to five years is buy and use Myke Tree and Shrub Growth Supplement when you plant your tree or shrub. Make sure you keep your receipt!
